| First Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting, 2009 On, March 31st 2009, the first quarterly Board of Director’s Meeting for 2009 was held at which time management organizational changes were made. Brenda G. Stutzman, Treasurer of Powell, Rogers & Speaks since 1990 and majority stockholder since June 08, 1994 was elected as COO (Chief Operating Officer) / Treasurer and is now responsible for handling the day to day operations of all Powell, Rogers & Speaks’ departments. Ms. Stutzman has over 25 years experience in the collection industry having worked prior to joining Powell, Rogers & Speaks as Accounting Supervisor at a large Mid-Atlantic collection agency. Her education includes an accounting degree from Central Pennsylvania College. “Brenda G. Stutzman has demonstrated her abilities in accounting, information technology, and business management in her 19 year career at Powell, Rogers & Speaks and is an excellent choice for this position.” said Gene Powell, Chairman of the Board. |
